My stay at this boutique hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for exploring Cuenca, and the stunning design added to the ambiance. However, I faced several issues with check-in and the noise levels in the rooms, which made for a less than ideal experience. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, and parking was inconvenient, especially on Sundays.
